Can Corian Solid Surface Scratch?
Corian Solid surface countertops are a popular choice for homeowners due to their durability and resistance to scratches. However, they can still be scratched, but minor scratches and blemishes can be easily buffed out with an abrasive pad.
To keep Corian from scratching, you should never cut or chop directly onto the surface – use a chopping board. Don’t place hot or heavy pans directly on your worktops. If you have scratches on your Corian countertops, you can remove them using standard repair techniques.
